Hello and welcome to the forum Jashanddeepsingh 🙂

Hello @Jashandeep singh and welcome to the forum.

There are a range of diet plans available for people living with diabetes, but these focus on finding the best way to get blood sugars under control. I don't personally know of one that focuses on muscle building.

It might help to have a look at our Exercise/Sport forum where there are some discussions on how exercise can help.

Welcome to the forum @Jashandeep singh

Your diabetes will be mostly concerned with carbohydrates and activity in any fitness plan - an additional nutrients like fats and proteins won’t affect BG much.

So I would imagine that you could look for general advice from the health and fitness community for routines and nutrition that would support muscle growth and then adapt them (and your insulin doses) to balance BG.

You might find Extod a useful source for information about T1 and exercise: http://extod.org/
