Absolutely chuffed to bits with Abbott Customer Service. Spouse with dementia keeps mislaying Libre2 Reader. Every day. Now can't find it at all. (Unable to manipulate apps etc) Rang Abbotts they are sending a FREE replacement that will read sensors and blood and ketone strips. Of course they also replace faulty sensors for free too

They make their money from the consumables so it's in their interest to ensure you can keep using them, the same was also true before CGMs.
