Hi all, yesterday the lancing device for my Freestyle Freedom lite finally gave up. I contacted Abbott for a free replacement, and a new one arrived 1st class post about 18 hours later. I like that service.
I?ve just changed from 8mm needles to 5mm ones. That?s a definite improvement as well. I usually have a problem in finding any fat to inject into, and I was in danger of being run through using an 8mm needle.
 
Yup ive always championed Abbotts i have the same meter as you and have in the past needed replacement batts and a meter and have always got next day
