I was given this link by my DSN at Kings yesterday, at the end of the last session of three of the Living With Diabetes course. Apparently she'd been given a stack of these flyers by an Abbott rep earlier that morning.

According to the DSN, register with this site (giving your address) and Abbott will send you a USB memory stick pre-loaded with useful links.

It looks like this website is primarily aimed towards insulin users and type 1's.

Seems generally quite interesting and useful despite that.
