Try ringing Abbott Paul - they should have a technical help bit.

Do you have the same issue with other packages? I am just wondering whether maybe the date setting on your PC is being carried forward into the Abbotts software. Sorry if you have already checked this.

Hi Paul

Which version of Windows are you using?

I suspect it's the way Windows is formatting the time. If you go to control panel and check regional settings that everything is set to UK.

If you change to UK you may need the disks.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Andy

I presume it's running Windows 7 - if so check - Control Panel - Region and Language - Change Date, Time, or Number Format.
