ive been on abasglar for few months now I was taking 60 units but I've dropped bk down to 30 as was putting on weight but now my sugars have shot back up to 20s guess I'll have to go back up to the 60 feel so stressed !!

Did you talk to a HCP about reducing your dose, also unfortunately weight gain is listed as a side effect, but if your sugars have shot up like that it really does sound like you need the 60 units x

Have you asked if there is a different one you can try? I've just changed my basal insulin for the 3rd time since August to find the best on to suit me.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Hope you get is sorted soon.

All they've sed is its side effect )-;

Not very helpful for you! I'm type 1 so maybe there are more options open to us.
Seeing as you're so stressed and upset I'd try and see someone to discuss it x

It's a right pain! Plus stress can put your levels up, so vicious circle, hope you get it sorted x
