I'm so glad this guy didn't take this lying down - some companies should be ashamed of themselves.
 
I wonder what's happened to Mr. Morrison ?

He should have at least been sent for re-training, if not removed from his post.

I'm not sure if this is just bad management rather than a bad company policy as the article isn't quite clear. I hope it isn't the latter as the AA have traditionaly been regarded as a good employer, that said bad management isn't much better and the AA should hang thier heads in shame either way.
