Morning,

The latter part of the weekend I saw a slight dip in my mood, I understand to expect that with depressive episodes. I am going out to the surgery to get the results of my (non-fasting) blood test. The nurse said I could telephone to get the results if I wanted, so I may do that instead. Had my usual morning walk today.

I was out on Friday, and just saw a pic of me on my facebook page. Although I am still a bit big, it put it into perspective that I was much larger before. I am thinking positive regarding the test. Now to watch Jude Judy.....I need a few laughs.....

I hope you feel better soon. You are not alone in having dips in your mood, many of us do. I'm sure the results will be good.

I hope the result is positive and keeps you in good spirits...........

Enjoy Judy............:D
