Do you have Type 2 diabetes? And have you had or currently have diabetes-related foot ulcer disease? We would like to hear your experience to help us improve future care.

The Leicester Diabetes Centre is looking for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) who are currently living with diabetes-related foot ulcer disease (DFUD), or have experienced DFUD in the last three years, to take part in the MiFoot qualitative study.

The MiFoot qualitative study is looking to explore and understand the unmet needs of people with T2D and DFUD, and involves interviewing individuals to understand their experiences of living with DFUD, and the care and treatment they receive.

The one-off individual interview will last approximately 40 minutes and can be conducted via telephone or video call (MS Teams) at a time convenient to you.

If you would like to take part in a one-off individual interview, or if you would like to know more about the study, please get in touch and speak to the MiFoot study team via email MiFoot@uhl-tr.nhs.uk or telephone call 0116 258 4384.

Please note we are only able to interview individuals living in England.
