I've been fascinated by the menus posted by @adrian1der on the What did you eat thread. I saw A Pinch of Nom in Sainsburys on offer at £10 a week ago, but decided not to buy. Today I found all 3 books on eBay at £4.14 each with free P&P. They are advertised as new unused books. So I have ordered all 3. They arrive Tuesday so I am assured. I'll let you know hos I get on.

Hope there are some tasty and healthy meals in there for you @Pattidevans. Please do let us know how you get on with them, I'd be very interested, thank you 🙂

I was just asking the same thing! 🙂 I will look out for them at the charity shop and the free book shop, they have tons of recipe, nutrition and diabetic books there.
