Type 2
Hi All,
This might seem a silly question. But what is going on with me. It usually can happens when it's getting near to my evening meal. I start shaking & feel l need something to eat right away. As soon as l get my meal l am fine. Thanks.

Have you checked your BG levels when you start feeling shaky? It may be that you are going Hypo.

Have you made any changes to your diabetes management recently? Or reduced your carb intake?

It may be that these are symptoms of low blood glucose, or it may simply be that your BG levels having been high for some time are now reducing more towards the normal range and you are getting ‘false hypos’.

Do you have your own BG meter to check what your levels are when you get these feelings?
