A low carb Cookbook

Hi all,
I've bought a new low carb cook book off Amazon. I've had my first meal out of the book tonight, and thoroughly enjoyed it. My hubby enjoyed it too. I've took a few pics of the cover and index. I've had the meal on the cover! Hope this may be of use to someone.

What meal did you try? Looks like chicken and asparagus? The dietician recommended a low carb cookbook to me which I bought online but haven’t tried anything from it yet as it arrived just before I went away

Hi, I had the recipe on the front cover. It's chicken masala. We just used normal red wine. Really nice. Have tried a few recipes now and haven't had a bad one yet. Best book I've bought.
