I wonder how the Republic of Ireland equivalent of DVLA will view the incident?
 
It is amazing what kids can do in an emergency
 
I hope the young lady now knows that she should carry easily reachable glucose or similar product on her person at all times. There are convenient glucose tablet containers available for attaching to keyrings.
