A good day (for achange)

Hi,
Just for a change I wanted to share some good news.
!st had 6 month reveiw this morning with nurse. Lost 5kgs since Novenber, last H1ac 6.0 Blood pressure well within limits not wanted to be seen for 6 months.
Then had annual retinopathy check this afternoon. One minor thing but very minor not needed to be seen for 12 months.

All in all a good day!🙂
