I thought I would post my experience of my first crack in my Medtronic 670g. I had a massive crack in my pump on the weekend and it was a bit hit and miss. We don't have a 24/7 UK team, I got put through to the American help team, who forwarded the relevant info over to the product support person, who was working the Saturday. She managed to get me a new pump within 6 hours and I am so happy that I can now pump again, although I have to wait for 48 hrs before auto mode kicks back in.

Wow that sounds like good service.
What caused your pump to crack?

Sorry you’ve had that experience @MrDaibetes , but glad they managed to get a replacement sorted for you so speedily.

I’ve seen it mentioned elsewhere as a bit of a thing with Medtronic 6xx pumps but I never cracked anything on mine except the darned centre button which cracked on absolutely all of them after about 8 months.

Not sure what caused it but I presume something with the belt clip.
