a cold?

think im coming down with a cold my nose is all blocked up and running, im sneezing a lot and every time i do i feel like i wanna wee (sorry to much information). My bs has gone even higher.Im testing bs every 3-4 hours and for keytones as well. Should i be doing anything else?
