A 98-year-old Chinese astronomer has recovered from the novel coronavirus today, along with his 85-year-old spouse, after they were treated for 18 days. They will be discharged from hospital on Saturday.

Well, the mortality rate for the over 80s is allegedly 15%, so you’d expect 85% of them to recover.

Well, if me and my lot have had it like I think we have then my 85 year old mother has survived it. Mind you, it nearly wiped her out, I told my brother this is the beginning of the end. I thought she was for the nursing home she was that weak, couldn't even turn over in bed. We've still got the residue of 'it' whatever it was, hopefully C as we'll be immune with any luck though I've heard some people get it twice?

Well done those ol' bids. You can't beat old school, made of sterner stuff than us snowflakes.
