Well i just had my 6 month checkup...my colestral is 4.2.......and my diabetic check is now 6.....yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......thats after loosing 22 1/2 pounds with slimming world..........i am on 2 x metformin mornings and one at night...have asked if i can cut it down but they will let me know......my blood pressure is also down.......looking good.......🙂
