I’ve got my first 6 month review tomorrow. It’ll be interesting to see the result as, at diagnosis last March, I was 8.3 and then 6.3 in June. I put that success down to fairly strict attention to detail in my diet but since then, while I generally ‘behave’, I must say that I have been more ‘daring’ in experimenting with food and portions ( but still monitoring regularly ) and won’t be surprised if my numbers are a bit higher ( but hopefully not significantly ). If there is no significant change, I’ll be delighted to carry on with my present diet which I enjoy. If on the other hand, I have regressed, it’ll be back to the strict regime. Fingers crossed.🙄

Fingers crossed your level will be very good and you’ll be able to continue with your new dietary regime.
