34" jeans, Yes! 8-)

So from not that long ago when I was struggling to get into 42" waisted trousers, just bought my first pair of 34" jeans and I can get in them. Its a bit of a squeeze, but I can get in them, Ho-Yuss!
So that is an 8" decrease in waistline, (so far).
Still want to lose another stone if I can, but theres no rush, I have to keep reminding myself, its a marathon, not a sprint.
But anyone out there struggling, you can do it, just stick with it, it will be worth it in the long run.... 😎

Wow! So impressed @pjgtech and happy that your hard work and sticking to the T2D Pathway to Remission programme ( I don't consider sneaking the occasional salad falling off the wagon.) paid off.
