My 30 day averages, which I suppose I should be pleased with are:
before food 5.4; after food [90 minutes later] 7.3; overall average 7.0.

Interesting to see what my next HbA1c reading is!

Anyway I celebrated with a treat had crepe suzette with Grand Marnier, tasted great after so many fruit platters as my only desert, tested at 5.4, 90 mins later!😎

Very good numbers - Have you tried Hartley's summer free jelly as a dessert -lemon and lime is lovely and you can add fruit....🙂

I have to say that I suppose I am lucky that I do not have a sweet tooth, which my wife finds infuriating! I do however like to have a small amount of ice cream after a meal, I discovered 'Franks Diabetic' ice cream, which tastes surprisingly scrumptious.

A 50g portion contains <from http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/franks-ice-cream-diabetic-vanilla-500429>
Calories 80
Sodium 0 mg
Total Fat 4 g
Potassium 0 mg
Saturated 0 g
Total Carbs 9 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g
Dietary Fibre 0 g
Monounsaturated 0 g
Sugars 0 g

My weakness,ah but it tastes good

I wanna know whether Frank's ice cream is T1 or T2?

I always think that when I see it, as I look for where they've put the Cornish this week!
