3 weeks in, coming down from 18.5 m/Mol. today after every meal I am between 5-6 m/Mol.
My doctor today said I wont need any meds for the foreseeable future, just the 3 monthly blood test to check my hb1ac. all this done with diet and exercise, I need to lose another 3kg, my doctor says the less fat the easier to overcome insulin resistance.
I am very happy and relieved that I have done this,
I have been very strict with my diet, maybe 20 carbs per day
so for all those newly diagnosed here, it can be done. I feel 20 years younger and as long as I keep my BG low I wont suffer any complications for many many years

Wow, that's a great result! That's some determination, @David Hay, I am well impressed 🙂

Well done! That’s a great result!
