Two years ago today I was told I was type one and sent home with a bag of tricks which I had no idea what to do with! Luckily my neighbour has a son who is type one so I knocked at her door the next morning in my dressing gown saying Help!
I then found this forum and with huge trepidation posted and read others posts. I was terrified and revisited my PTSD, difficult days, weeks and months. Now with the help and support of this wonderful forum I am doing very well and feel safe and confident again. I have had (and probably will again) my moments but can always ask here for help and support and I have the inner resources to cope.
I have again a busy life, I often give talks and so happy with how well I am doing. I am called difficult by the medical professionals but why break a lifetime pattern!
So deep gratitude to you all, thanks for all your amazing support, and I am celebrating today! Not sure how yet but it feels important to mark my progress.

Happy Diaversary!

Happy Diaversary.🙂

I hope that you had a great day,and celebrated well. I think that there is a special rule for diaversaries that all out of range readings are to be corrected and then immediately forgotten.

Well done New Journey, and thanks for all the support that you give on here as well.
There are ups and downs with D but it is lovely to hear how you have managed so well.

Ah thanks, that's lovely to read. I have decided that my treat is the Indian restaurant tomorrow as I am being taken out after a day's work. Maybe not the rice but will eat popodoms and curry. I will correct and then forget. Great advice!
