just had my 2nd x 3 month check..am now on metformin 500 twice a day....my 1st reading was 11.4 and this one is 6.4...is that good after 3 months please....still find i am unable to walk very far and still got pins and needles in my legs but my reading is down....
 
Hi rossie, that is excellent! Well done! 🙂 Hopefully, the problems with your legs will improve in the months to come, keep up the good work!

A result of 6.4 is brilliant Keep doing what you are doing & the pins & needles should improve as you get used to having a lower BG level.

wasnt sure if it was good as still 21 stone and no weight loss....have cut down but nothing is shifting...very frustrating
