It sounded nice, didn't realise the amount of carb when I bought it.......won't be buying again....tasty though! :D
 
It's about portion size, as well as ingredients. The name "doorstep" does imply a large slice of bread. After a long run, bike ride, orienteering session, nothing beats a thick sandwich 🙂

....I'm sure todays "thick" was yesteryears "medium," todays "medium" was "thin"......just like the evershrinking mars bars etc!
