A quick update as I have just had another HbA1c test, 5 months after the last one. This has shown a result of 39 so still improving.
Superb result Jason! Well done!

Thanks for the support. I do feel less tired and seem to have a bit more energy. Still need to lose a fair bit of weight though.

This result is amazing Jason - you're clearly doing something right to bring your HbA1c down to 46 in such a short time so well done you - your hard efforts are paying off - proud:D keep us updated wont you x
