Next weekend, 12th and 13th,I will be going to 2 gigs in 2days. I have very good seats row D on Friday and front row Saturday. I have followed this manand his band for over 35 years, and he knows me well. I am worried that I am going to get over-exited and my bg's play up. Any help will be useful. Try and guess who I am going to see. Although the younger members , probably won't know him. hahaha

just keep a watch on BG. They will definitely go up if there're a lot of excitement, and it sounds as if there will be!! If you are on a pump you could use a TBR the second day based on what happens the day before.

OR
How long is the concert? Just enjoy yourself and give a correction at the end, but if dancing around keep some jelly babies on hand. Have fun.

Hope you have a fab time spiritfree. And I've no idea who you're seeing but put me out of my misery please 😱 Enjoy!

Hmmm, 35 years, could be Adam Ant. Please tell us lol!!
