R had a 2.2 at school today when she would normally be combatting her breakfast spike. School were great dealing with her and put her on a temp basal for 6 hours at 50%. Her needs are reduced by half at the mo and last night and a couple of others last week, we've been feeding her glucotabs in the night to keep her up. Why would her needs be backtracking at such a rate? Has anyone found at the mo that they are having to cut down a lot? I'm really hoping she's not coming down with something
At least with this low her TA wants to be trained in the glucagon injection. It has completely thrown me, i think, because i wasn't there to deal with it...
Just have to share....
