Glad you enjoyed the XPERT course - I did it 18 months ago, BEFORE I was put onto insulin and metformin.

I wish it was readily available for all T2s

Yes me to, the lady said when we where first introduced to her we where very lucky to have this group in the area as not everyone is as lucky.
 
Thanks for sharing this Steffie. It's been really interesting to follow. I can't wait until I get a place on the course.
