Interesting reading! Have to say that I have found low carb so much easier to follow than I expected, and taking advice from the forum members, I’ve also swapped my low fat yoghurts for full fat Greek yoghurt and I am losing weigh 😱 bloods seem to be under control on this regime so it all makes perfect sense to me :D

Excellent link, thanks for sharing. 🙂

Thanks, Martin. I would agree with most of it, apart from the guff about wheat and gluten. Wheat was one of the first cultivated crops in human history, and has been used ever since as a food source. Without gluten, you can’t make bread. Gluten intolerance, as opposed to full bore Coeliac Disease, is a fashion rather than a real pathology.

Tend to agree with that, this "Intolerance" could very well be a reaction to the added chemicals in the food. I remember the days when bread went stale even still in the packaging now it appears to last weeks😱

If you don't have a real gluten intolerance, then no point in avoiding it. It's become a fad.

A great link. Everyone should be told to read it.

They've changed wheat so much it isn't like way back when, that's what it says in Wheat Belly anyway. I only know it makes me ill and I crave it. 🙂
