I am having really yo-yoing levels at the moment. Today has been quite extreme. I was 1.7 during the night and 26.1 just now. Ridiculous! I am feeling quite spacey, v lethargic and am on a bit of a downer.

I am quite aprehensive about going away this weekend. It will be our first over night stays with nathan, and the weather forecast is atrocious. I could really do with a few days of being able to measure everything I eat to get back on an even keel, not eating out.

Grumble, grumble, grumble

Goodness Rachel, no wonder you are feeling as you do, and with all the stress of going away too :( Let hubby do as much as possible and while you are away make sure everyone knows that you need to do certain things, like test etc. - don't let things slip just to accomodate others.

I hope that the weather is held at bay and that the roads you travel are clear, and most of all that you are able to relax and enjoy showing Nathan off! 🙂
