Cuba Libre experiment
Yesterday I decided to try the experiment of making a Cuba Libre using Malibu coconut rum instead of ordinary white rum. To my mind it worked even better than usual! (My recipe is, 50ml rum and a small splash of lime cordial in a 380ml highball glass, fill the rest with Pepsi Max — or Coke Zero...- robert@fm
