I suppose I am jumping the gun but I am expecting to be told that I do have diabetes tomorrow morning. Recent tests have shown my blood glucose is high. I have had treatment for bowel cancer, including chemotherapy, which of course makes you tired etc etc. So I am just feeling bewildered right...
