    Guide me, please

    Hi! My son is 9 years old with a strong diabetes history. Every time I test him for fasting glucose, the reading comes around 120, 125. He has an HbA1c of 5.5. can someone tell me, if this is the pre-diabetic stage or if he has irregular HbA1c and is diabetic? Regards
