Had review today. Saw the diabetic nurse (practice nurse). It's all just pointless. Also, HbA1c: 58

As the title suggests I’ve got my first appointment coming up (next Monday so I’m not going to stress about it!) with the diabetes nurse. I’m curious what I should expect to be discussed and to happen so any guidance or hints would be gratefully received :)

Something that I've notice. People here often refer to their doctors (actual gp, not just the practice) when taking about their diabetes care. It appears the gp is actual involved and sees the patient. I was told the diagnosis by a Dr when I was being seen for something else. Other than that...
