    Actually low carbing?

    I was wondering how many people are actually doing low carb. (As opposed to managing carbs.) I was told on a carbohydrate awareness session that the minimum was 130g a day. So let's take less than that as being low carb. I know some here have posted that they go as low as 50g or less...

    Having a little hypo... what to eat?

    Just passing through to say hello, and wish everyone a good day! Having a little hypo as we speak, have treated with dextros tablets and will retest in 20 minutes. QUESTION: What's your go-to hypo treatment? Do you go for practicality, or use it to have a tasty treat? :) xxx
