    Hi I'm looking for some help as I found out I had diabetes type 2 4 weeks ago and haven't got any support. I have been in hospital 3 times this year with no support. I get scared to eat so my blood sugar goes up even when I don't eat. I'm not sure what to eat that's safe which is the issue...
