As the title suggests I’ve got my first appointment coming up (next Monday so I’m not going to stress about it!) with the diabetes nurse. I’m curious what I should expect to be discussed and to happen so any guidance or hints would be gratefully received :)

I was at the GP practice yesterday for something completely non diabetes related. By chance they mentioned a number. Turns out they'd sneaked a HbA1c test past me last November, and the result was 57. Up from 46-48 I'd been at before.

I am updating a signposting sheet for my GP Practice, which they hand out to people at their appointments, and plan to make available on line. I tried to upload what I had so far, but failed, so I will just post the question anyway. I separate it into general, T2, T1 I tend not to include...
