    hey guys! this week I was told by my doctor that I've got an underactive thyroid and then later it was found that I'm also at high risk of diabetes. I've just done a shop and bought some sugar-free, salt-free snacks and foods from Sainsbury's but I'm wanting to learn more and gain more...

    Back again after a gap

    I haven't been in here for a while, for a number of reasons. I was doing really well with a low GI diet. Then I got silent reflux, and the treatment for that gave me the runs which didn't stop after I stopped the meds. I got diagnosed with microscopic colitis and lost weight down below 9 stone...
