    Do any T2s actually follow the eatwell guide / eatwell plate?

    I did a DESMOND course last week and was shown the eatwell plate, which comprised of 1/3 of carbohydrates: potatoes, wholegrain cereal, cous cous, bread, pittas, bagels, rice, spaghetti, pasta, porridge and wheatabix, with a note that you should choose wholegrain or higher fibre versions.
