Hi guys i'm a 27 year old doctor when i was completing my internship(post MBBS in india) i felt fatigue and acetone o dour in my urine it was my last posting and urine ketones were 3+ and sugars readings not showing i was in DKA admitted in ICU with HBA1C of 12.7 ,it happened 5 months back now...- diabetesforumindia
