    I've had Celeriac a couple of times in the past, on both occasions in a restaurant, as mash, and it was very nice. I know both Swede and Celeriac are lower carbs than Potatoes, but can be treated/cooked in pretty much the same way, eg: roasted, chipped, mashed, etc. But I have never bought...

    Celeriac omelette?

    Has anyone tried making a Spanish omelette with celeriac instead of potato? The celeriac chips were good so I was wondering if this might work and if so the best way to go about it.
