Libre upload?

Just tried uploading my reader to Libre View but there's practically no data on the reports 😱 When I looked at my Libre devices it said the last upload was 'in 23 minutes'. Eh? I've waited and now it says it was 'a few seconds ago', but there's still virtually no data on the reports, just a few blood tests, no scans or daily graphs.

Wot? 😱 Has anyone else experienced this? It didn't happen the last couple of times when I uploaded.

have you use your phone to scan, I found when I tried using the phone, and reader, i did not get my reader results. But when i deleted the app and looked again my reader results appeared.

Thanks @grovesy, that's what appears to have happened with me also. I would have expected the data to have been combined. I found a screen that listed my uploaded devices and 'hid' the phone - the reader data then displayed in full 🙂

I’ve only used my phone for a few sensors, but when I did I also scanned with the reader 3x a day so that I could upload via USB for the reports.

It looks like I’ll be getting Libre on prescription now, so I’m not sure I’ll bother with that long term, I’ll probably just use my phone I think, and have the reader as a backup in case my phone fails.

oh fingers crossed you get them on prescription and congrats when you do! lol, I'm the same in that I only use the reader to start it then its the phone the whole sensor period xx

A bit rubbish that the data isn't combined though, surely not that difficult - I was writing programs that did that sort of thing 30 years ago! 🙄

I tried it before and after the recent updates and found neither version worked for me so ended up delating the app., just used the reader. All my results for the whole time reappeared.
