Have you seen your doctor about this Spireite? And I've just remembered, you'll still be under specialist nurse and physio. Mention it to them. Do they take your BP at your physio sessions?

Yes I go tomorrow I’ve got them all recorded going to ask in the morning
 
Seen my Heart specialist team today they are going to review my meds and see me again on Thursday. Hopefully get it sorted in the next few days
 
oh, by the way I don't have a BP meter. Mine is only taken when I see medical people.
