Everyone who has Balance magazine will have probably opened theirs by now, and found the collection boxes.

I was just wondering what everyone is going to do with theirs? I have brought mine into the office and will be leaving it on my desk until next Friday. I have sent an email round asking colleagues for donations and have left some leaflets incase anyone wants to pick one up.

Happy Collecting

not sure yet actually. think you've had a good idea there, hope you raise lots of money!
I need to find out if we are doing the coffee morning thing at work, hopefully we are.

I usally keep mine at home and put my change in it till it needs to be banked.

That's a great idea.

I know it's for charity but there are so many now that it's a bit like the inundation of unsolicited raffle tickets accompanied by printed return address labels.

I think that I may drum up some support in the village for the "cuppa" day.

There is always someone doing something for charity where I work, so I wont expect a lot in my box. I just thought it was worth making an effort and asking. I think several people are doing things for red nose day at work too.

One of the other things I do which does quite well is to collect stamps for The British Kidney Patients Assoication. I think it does well as I'm asking for something people normally throw away
