Somewhere south of Bristol would make it easier for people from Devon and points south. Yeovil or Shepton Mallet might work. Yeovil would be better for train people.

They haven't invented trains down this end of the country 🙄

Ginger cats are almost always male.
I didn't know that! I know that all white cats are deaf and all tortoiseshell cats are female. We had a ginger cat, Pugsley, he was a right manky ol' tom. Miss him.

What about Plymouth? I've been trying to get to Plymouth for about twenty years. Will get there one of these days. 🙂

The only recollection I have of owning a cat was when i was a younster and we owned a cat from the cats home ~ a lovely ginger Tom ~ such a lovely cuddly cat he was too ~ we named him ginger🙂 Unfortunately he met his maker when he was run over at the top of our road by a bus ~ a very sad day.:( We buried him in the *Pets Corner* at the end of our garden.

Bristol in the New Year (life is getting a bit busy at present)
Sat 6 or Sat 13?

Is there anywhere easy to find near station?

Just read back through thread.
Taunton, Exeter, Shepton, Yeovil, ...
I don't mind where.

For me it is the date I need to know so that I don't miss it by finding I then have a clash.

Either would be ok for me.

Bristol Temple Meads is surrounded by roads. The nearest Wetherspoons is the Knights Templar. Mr Google says its a 3 min walk.

Despite having been born in Bristol, my knowledge of it is extremely limited these days!

Not sure how easy it will be but I am very willing to give it a try in Bristol

Yep that is a giveaway lol!! I am just surprised people thought I was female but yes I am a man lol!!

I did too as it happens. Weird. The only other I've known was Ali (as a contraction of Alistair) rather than Ally.

Yurt Lush on Sat 13?
