Hi Matt. Good to see you again. You'll be pleased to learn that I'm still following your good example. I cycle to and from work and when I'm in London for the weekend I go out on Sunday mornings with a bunch of other easy-going recreational cyclists. Hope you're well and happy mate.

I was in Cockney Land on tues this week. 8pm train down & back in the house 10am. NHS meeting with some excellent staff. You are mad MBT with wonna them things that take pickies. Good 😉

Good to have you back, MBT. Things seem a lot quieter on here these days. I had a break from DUK for a couple of months as I needed to get on with life.:D

OOh get you MBT...the Annie Leibovitz of DUK...wondering exactly what her origins are...possibly the tuber genus...somewhere between a potato & a truffle...given her cockney cousins look very much like porkers...puzzled...what exactly is her heritage?
