The Diabetes Fairy’s Scottish cousin, Nutella, was hoping to make it to the Glasgow event. Unfortunately, it clashed with our 'off the forum meet' in London.
The day started with a hop-on, hop-off bus tour. Here's Nutella on Tower Bridge where she stopped to admire The Tower and The City skyline.

Predictably indignant outside The Bank of England.

A quiet moment of contemplation at St Paul’s.

It’s difficult to know what she made of this enormous erection.

At Westminster Palace she broke into a rousing rendition of Flower of Scotland.

By the time she reached Buckingham Palace she was flagging rather than flag-waving.

A visit to Harrods was next on the agenda where Nutella bumped into some of her cockney relatives.

Get yer coat Nutella…you’ve pulled.

The food hall was full of carby temptation, but she managed to resist.

A bite to eat and a few drinks…and Nutella really started to let her hair down.

The end of a long action-packed day…three or four bottles of vino colapso...and Nutella felt right at hame. Oh, dearie me!
