Hello!

I am looking to eat something in the morning with my coffee that is high in fat and low in carbs (I don't mind protein).

It has to be sweetish and with good texture.

Do you have anything in mind?

thanks!

Google it, most people here don't eat sweet stuff for breakfast

Try the bulletproof coffee as it should be sweet enough.
I don't eat breakfast I fast till lunchtime as I'm never hungry till them

Do you mean breakfast or mid morning?

Google 'buy fat bombs' then, although I don't think anything like that exists try a nature valley protein bar

There's something called bounce that does a protein ball

I've never tried the bounce protein balls as they are relatively carby at between 15-17g per serving I think, the nature valley protein bars are a 40g weight and come in peanut & chocolate flavour at 9.6g carbs per bar and salted caramel nut flavour at 9.4g carbs per bar x

They are rather yummy. I also enjoy 9 bars which are stocked by Morrisons and Holland & Barret. Full of seeds, quite sweet, not too many carbs, strong calorie hit.

I eat the Nature Valley ones like they are going out of fashion haha x

I get a gluten free granola bar that I love. its by nature's valley too.

I'm lucky in that I don't have to avoid gluten but the protein bars are gluten free too 🙂 x

I've moved this food question to Food section of forum, where it will be spotted by people browsing for answers to food questions.

I've fallen for these too, after seeing them mentioned on this forum - they are rather lovely :D and satisfy the urge for something sweet. Thanks, Kaylz 😉

they are THE BEST haha, glad you like them 🙂 x

Ive got into scotish eggs for quick breakfast when out easy cheap find most supermarkets

Scotch eggs perhaps? Boiled eggs surrounded in sausage meat and coated in breadcrumbs?

Scotch Eggs, them the things thought it looked wrong when typed it, just not had them for years.

I love the Nature Valley protein bars but remember they're nearly 200 calories each so whilst a good diabetic treat, not for anyone trying to shift weight 😱
Not something you need to concern yourself with Kaylz! :D
