Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Are these foods good to eat while having type 2 diabetes?

Cottage cheese
Yoghurts
Fish- Salmon, Sardines, Pilchards, Tuna and Mackeral
Blueberries
Grapes
Apples
Seafood-Prawns, Mussels, Crab etc
Beetroot
Sweet Potatoes
Ready brek
 
I wouldn't advise on the grapes, some people can handle the likes of ready brek others cant x

I would say no to grapes, a small apple may be ok, sweet potatoes un small doses, & no to ready brek. If you like porridge, you could try the overnight oats. These need soaking overnight, but are not processed like regular porridge. Can't answer about beetroot as I hate the stuff. As for the fish, fill your boots!:D
